Living with low self-esteem, low mood, depression, burnout, or anxiety can feel like a constant battle, affecting every part of your life. You might second-guess yourself in almost every situation, feeling like you’re never quite enough—never competent enough, attractive enough, or capable enough. Depression may leave you feeling flat, unmotivated, or disconnected from the things and people you usually enjoy. Maybe you replay conversations or decisions in your head, picking apart everything you said or did, convinced you sounded awkward, made a mistake, or let someone down.
Everyday tasks or social situations that once felt manageable may now feel overwhelming, leaving you exhausted, stressed, or anxious. You might avoid eye contact, over-apologize, overthink your actions, or feel like you constantly have to prove your worth. We offer in person session in our therapy room in Ransom Hall which is based in tranquil forestry of Ransom Wood Business Park near Rainworth, Mansfield. There is a plenty of free parking, toilets and there is a café on site called Forever Green.
To help ease the anxiety you may be experiencing, upon attending your first session I will send you a map and directions of how to find me. Everything is well signposted within Ransom Wood Business Park.
If you live further away or prefer remote session, we also offer remote sessions via telephone or a video. Video sessions can be via whichever platform you are most comfortable and confident with.
I try to work flexibly with you so i offer both short term and long term therapy, adapting to suit your personal needs. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly - whatever you need them to be. Standard sessions last 50 minutes and are offered on an open ended basis.
